Description:
Service Delivery & Operations:
- Lead end-to-end Managed Services delivery across Financial Risk, GRC, Technology Risk, and Third-Party Risk domains.
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and drive service quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Establish governance cadence including operational reviews, risk reporting, and stakeholder updates.
- Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.
Risk & Compliance Management:
- Oversee control testing, compliance monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
- Manage risk assessments including Technology Risk and Third-Party Risk reviews.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, RBI, MAS, GDPR as applicable).
- Support remediation tracking and audit issue closure.
Program & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as primary interface for client stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Lead transition and transformation of new processes into Managed Services model.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (technology, operations, compliance).
- Prepare executive dashboards and risk reports.
Governance & Continuous Improvement:
- Design and implement governance frameworks and reporting structures.
- Drive automation, standardization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage resource planning, budgeting, and capacity management.
