Were looking for a dynamic Mall Operations Head to oversee the end-to-end management of a leading retail property. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of tenant and customer experience.

What Youll Do:

- Oversee all aspects of mall operations including facilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance (through vendors and in-house teams).

- Build and manage strong tenant relationships ensuring satisfaction, issue resolution, and retention.

- Lead tenant engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns to boost footfall and tenant success.

- Implement effective CRM strategies to enhance shopper experience and feedback management.

- Manage the P&L budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing revenue and operational costs.

- Collaborate with the leasing team for tenant onboarding, space allocation, and compliance.

- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and statutory standards.

- Lead and develop a large team (100+ members, including vendor staff and company employees).

- Prepare and present operational and financial performance reports to senior management.

What Youll Bring:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facilities/Property Management, or related field (advanced certifications preferred).

- 12+ years of experience in mall, retail, or commercial operations, including large team leadership.

- Proven expertise in CRM, P&L management, and stakeholder engagement.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
