Purpose: To lead the management and operations of the mall in order to ensure a conformable and secure environment to the customers and responsible for achievement of Centre (Mall) objectives in terms of profitability and revenue maximization Few points to understand role: - Responsible for overseeing all aspects of mall management including leasing, tenant relations, business planning and financial management, facilities and operational management, Security, Soft Service, Fire & Safety control of all maintenance, inspection and safety functions. - Supporting tenant mix and zoning within the mall in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired footfall. - Involving in review/Negotiation of retailer's annual agreements & ensure agreements are finalized within agreed timeline. - Review of mall revenue collection, ensure revenue collection targets are met within deadlines. - Implementation of cost control measures and best practices in engineering & facility function for optimal efficiency. - Review the advertising and branding strategy developed for the Centre in order to increase footfalls and enhance consumption - Develop the budget strategy for the Centre in coordination with Operations, Marketing & F&A team after reviewing previous year's performance, growth
