Head - Logistics/Transportation/Warehouse - FMCG//eCommerce

About the Role:

Currently we are hiring as Logistics / Transportation / Warehouse Head.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:

- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.

- Set up warehouse layout, ensure efficient space utilization, and manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts.

Transportation & Logistics:

- Coordinate the entire order cycle, including planning transport routes, negotiating with carriers/vendors, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Operational Optimization:

- Develop and implement logistics strategies, Analyze supply chain data, and initiate process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Compliance & Safety:

- Maintain high standards of health and safety (OHS) in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and motivate warehouse and transport personnel.

Requirements:

- Education: B.E/ B.Tech or MBAs from Premier Institutes.

- Industry Experience: FMCG / Beverages / Internet / Ecommerce / Quick Commerce.
