Head - Logistics Must have's : 1. From manufacturing export company 2. Age 45'ish 3. Ability to work independently / self-motivated 4. Experience of handling - Total Experience: 20+ years a. Export shipments via Sea route / containerised exports (99%). b. Domestic logistics (transporters management for inward / outward logistics) 5. Must have already worked as Head for over 2 years. 6. Must have an in depth knowledge of entire export process incl. DGFT, Custom, handling freight forwarders etc 7. Experience of dealing with foreign freight forwarders (Europe & USA) would be of added advantage. 8. Good communication skills are important since there will be a lot of liasoning with foreign customers / sales agents / freight forwarders etc. 9. Role will include - export containers bookings upto final delivery of goods to foreign customer AND transport management starting from trucks placements to vendors works upto delivery of goods at our works. 10. Course / formal education in Logistics will be helpful
