Logistics Head - Food & Beverages

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are hiring a seasoned Logistics Head to lead our supply chain operations with a strong focus on cold chain management and export logistics. This is a senior role requiring strategic oversight and hands-on execution across warehousing, transportation, and international shipments.

Only candidates from the Food & Beverages industry will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead logistics strategy across warehousing, cold storage, transportation, and exports

- Manage cold chain infrastructure and ensure compliance with food safety standards

- Oversee export operations including documentation, customs, and regulatory approvals

- Build and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and government agencies

- Drive cost optimization and process improvements across logistics functions

- Monitor KPIs and ensure timely, compliant deliveries

- Lead and mentor a logistics team across multiple sites

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 10-15 years in logistics, exclusively in Food & Beverages

- Expertise: Cold storage operations and export logistics

- Leadership: Proven experience heading logistics at a regional/national level

- Skills: Vendor management, compliance, ERP systems, team leadership
