Logistics & EXIM Head (7-10 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Head - Logistics & EXIM to support and streamline warehousing, logistics, import, and export operations across the EMEA region. This role will act as a key coordination point between European warehouse teams, sales, and logistics service providers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling the EMEA Warehouse & Logistics Head to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily logistics, warehousing, import, and export activities

- Act as a liaison between warehouse teams, sales teams, and logistics service providers

- Support order fulfillment, inventory planning, and shipment tracking

- Monitor operational performance and ensure timely issue resolution

- Drive communication across cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders

- Ensure adherence to process standards and continuous improvement initiatives

- Provide operational support and reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Head

Key Requirements:

- 7-8 years of experience in global logistics, warehousing, and import/export operations.

- Strong exposure to European (EMEA) logistics operations preferred

- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) setup is a plus (e.g., General Mills, PepsiCo, etc.)

- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
