Head - Logistics & Distribution - FMCG/Foods

Description:

Strategic Oversight:

- Oversee warehouses, DCs, fleet, routes, and Last-Mile delivery

- Optimize freight, efficiency, productivity, budgets, and compliance

Team Leadership:

- Mentor and manage logistics professionals and supervisors

- Align with Sales, SC, Finance for customer service excellence

Performance Management:

- Define and monitor KPIs: OTIF, costs, fill rates, inventory accuracy, wastage [

- Use ERP/WMS/TMS tools; drive continuous improvement

Vendor & Compliance:

- Negotiate and manage 3PL and transporter contracts

- Ensure regulatory compliancecold chain, audits, safety

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or MBAOperations

- 815 years in large-scale FMCG/Foods logistics/distribution

- Experience with ERP (Goodsuite, SAP), WMS/TMS, and tools like Bizom, digital dashboards

- Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
