Head - Logistics

Description: We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Logistics Head to lead end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, distribution, and 3PL management. The role will be accountable for driving cost efficiency, service excellence, digital transformation, and strong compliance across the logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute logistics strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead and optimize national warehousing & distribution network (primary & secondary).

- Drive performance of 3PL partners with strong SLA adherence & cost control.

- Implement digital tools for visibility, route optimization & operational planning.

- Ensure strong inventory accuracy, safety, statutory compliance & audits.

- Collaborate with procurement, planning, sales & plant operations for seamless supply.

- Lead logistics budgeting, forecasting & financial performance.

- Build high-performing teams and vendor relationships.

- Manage process improvement, automation, lean initiatives & sustainability projects.

- Monitor logistics KPIs OTIF, fill rate, transportation cost, turnaround time, losses, etc.
