Role Overview:

The Head Liaisoning will be responsible for managing all statutory approvals, government relations, and regulatory compliance for real estate projects. The role will ensure timely approvals across the project lifecycle, from land acquisition to construction and final occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local/state government authorities and regulatory bodies

- Drive end-to-end approvals including land, zoning, environmental, and construction-related permissions and Liaise with govt departments

- Manage approvals including Layout Approval, Building Plan Sanctions, Commencement Certificate (CC), (OC), and Completion Certificate

- Ensure adherence to RERA, local building by-laws, and statutory norms

- Track approval timelines and proactively resolve bottlenecks

- Support land acquisition activities including title verification and due diligence

- Work closely with legal teams on documentation and compliance matters

- Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Legal, Design, Sales) and external consultants

Candidate Profile:

- Min 2 to 5 years of experience in liaisoning / approvals within real estate / infrastructure

- Strong experience in handling approvals for large residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects

Key Skills:

- Strong network with in Odisha / Tamil Nadu

- In-depth knowledge of local regulatory frameworks, RERA, and approval processes

- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and approvals simultaneously
