We have an urgent requirement Head Legal & Secretarial with one of the well know conglomerate company deals in multiples business in Buildings material's, cement, steel. Desired Candidates : 1. Must have handled Civil, Criminal cases / Section 138 matters under NI Act in District Court/City Civil Court / High Court / Supreme Court. 2. Must have exposure of IPR, Trade Mark Protection and Litigations. 3. Must have exposure in Contracts, exposure to JV, M&A, Branding and Advertising contracts, Service Contracts, Celebrity Contracts etc. 4. Knowledge of Property related acquisitions/litigations. Position : Group Head - Legal and Company Secretary Location : Kolkata, HO. Qualification : LLB/LLM and CS Industry Preference : Manufacturing Experience : 20 years plus ( For exceptional candidates lesser would do) Job Responsibility : 1. Intellectual Property Right 2. Corporate Legal ( Conceptualized strategies for pending cases, conducting extensive research work, Co-ordination with solicitors, briefing of matter, follow up & management of various Litigations.) 3. Contracts Management. 4. Secretarial Exposure 5. Will be heading legal & Secretarial position of company.
