Position - Head - Legal

Qualification - LLB

Experience - 18 to 20 yrs (Real estate exp. mandatory)

Responsibilities :

-Vetting of deeds required in the construction sector, conveyancing, registration of documents , all types of agreements/contracts etc.

-Should possess good knowledge with respect to the provisions of transfer of Property Act/Contracts Act/registration act/ Indian and Maharashtra Stamp Act/ RERA /Consumer protection act/Maharashtra State Cooperative Society Act, MLRC, MRTP Act, Revenue Laws etc.

-Relevant experience in handling both litigation and non-litigation matters, management for RERA compliances and RERA cases, consumer cases and liasoning with the Cooperative department for establishment of Co-operative Housing society , conveyance in favour of societies etc.

-Should possess in depth knowledge about the legalities involved in the Real Estate sector

-Should be experienced in handling High Court and Supreme Court matters involving briefing and assisting Senior Advocates/Counsels

-Should be able to handle and lead a team of Advocates (4 - 6) with sound administrative acumen .
