- LL.B. with 15+ years of experience in corporate legal and compliance leadership roles.

- Strong exposure to M&A, fund-raising, and regulatory compliance.

- Experience in infrastructure, telecom, or technology sectors preferred.

- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and manage multi-site legal operations.
