Job Description

- Drive contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process.

- Advise business on advertising/promotional matters, marketing campaigns, Contests, Intellectual Property implications.

- Provide opinion and advisory to stakeholders on new business initiatives, identifying risks and legal challenges.

- Support M&A, Private Equity investments and JV activities and related documentation.

- Lead and be part of a team of highly motivated and experienced legal counsels

- Provide regulatory and compliance advice

- Develop legal projects and processes to create legal efficiencies and productivity.

- Set up appropriate risk mitigation strategies through identification, development and monitoring of key metrics

- Draft, manage, distribute, respond to, or analyse RFIs, RFPs, RFQs
