Head - Leasing - Real Estate

Job Description:

This is a leadership role. Looking for someone who has handled at least 25 mn sft portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Drive initiatives to optimize occupancy rates, rental income, and tenant satisfaction.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and capitalize on new leasing opportunities.

- Directly manage and mentor a high-performing leasing team, providing guidance and support.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative leasing culture, encouraging continuous professional development.

- Oversee the financial aspects of leasing transactions, including budgeting and forecasting.

- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting related to leasing activities.

- Implement cost-effective leasing strategies to maximize returns on investment.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to leasing strategies.

- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on leasing performance and market insights.

Ideal Profile:

- MBA with 20 - 25 years experience working in India/abroad with large Real Estate organizations/IPCs.

- Handled large leasing portfolios.

- Has managed good relationships with clients (CRE heads/decision makers) in the past.

- Managed large teams as well as Clients.

- Possess an excellent network of contacts at RE head levels/decision makers.

- Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and portfolio optimization.

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret leasing data.

- Exceptional interpersonal communication and people skills.
