Description:
Position: Head / GM Leasing & Occupancy Management
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 12-15 years (Commercial Real Estate / Managed Workspace / Coworking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong tenant and broker network; drive leasing pipeline and occupancy targets.
- Lead lease negotiations, deal structuring, documentation, and commercial terms.
- Oversee tenant onboarding, fit-outs, renewals, and asset performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and operations for deal execution.
- Lead and mentor leasing team; drive KPIs and performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, lease governance, and risk management.
Required Profile:
- Proven track record in corporate leasing, deal structuring, and negotiations.
- Strong market network (Delhi NCR, preferably pan-India).
- Expertise in occupancy yield, rent benchmarking, and financial modelling.
- Leadership experience with team building and stakeholder management skills.
- High commercial acumen, integrity, and strategic mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; CRM / leasing tools a plus.
