Key Responsibilities:

1. L&D Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and implement a future-focused L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.

- Build a learning culture that fosters innovation, agility, and continuous development.

- Lead and manage the L&D team, including specialists, facilitators, and instructional designers.

2. Capability Development Centre (CDC) Management

- Own and oversee the operations and strategic direction of the Capability Development Centre (CDC).

- Position the CDC as a centre of excellence for technical, functional, and leadership development.

- Curate and deliver capability-building programs through in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.

- Collaborate with internal business units and external partners to offer cutting-edge content and simulations.

- Drive initiatives on reskilling, upskilling, and talent acceleration through the CDC.

- Continuously enhance infrastructure, learning tools, and technologies to improve learner engagement and experience at the CDC.

3. Learning Program Design & Execution

- Design, deliver, and scale learning programs across various levels - from entry-level to leadership.

- Oversee onboarding, functional training, leadership development, and compliance programs.

- Align learning content with business needs and future skill requirements.

4. Performance & Capability Building

- Identify skills and capability gaps across functions through diagnostics and business input.

- Develop learning interventions that support business transformation and employee growth.

- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to support career pathing and succession planning.

5. Learning Measurement & Impact

- Define KPIs and use analytics to measure learning effectiveness and impact.

- Report L&D and CDC performance to leadership and recommend continuous improvements.

6. Technology & Innovation

- Leverage LMS platforms, digital tools, and AI-powered solutions to enhance learning delivery.

- Stay updated on L&D trends to ensure the organization adopts modern and impactful learning practices.
