Role - Learning and Development Head

People Management role

The role will be responsible for identifying capability gaps, designing and deploying organisation-wide learning interventions, strengthening leadership and functional capabilities, developing Hi-Po and critical talent, and ensuring measurable business impact from L&D investments.

L&D Strategy & Governance:

- Capability Building: Conduct organisation-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through business discussions, competency assessments, performance data and future skill requirements.

Leadership Development & Succession:

- Lead digital transformation of the learning ecosystem through LMS, AI-enabled learning, digital content and blended learning.

- Develop competency-based learning frameworks and curricula for key roles and employee segments.

- Strengthen people-management capabilities of managers and leaders.

Technical & Functional Capability:

- Establish measurable L&D KPIs covering participation, learning effectiveness, capability.

External Benchmarking & Partnerships:

- Drive initiatives to make learning an integral part of the employee experience.
