
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Learning & Development (L&D) to drive our enterprise-wide learning strategy during a period of significant transformation; both in technology and people. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced IT environment, is passionate about developing talent, and can create a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:- Define, design, and execute the overall L&D strategy aligned with business goals and our digital transformation journey.
- Learning Transformation:- Lead initiatives to reshape our learning culture- from onboarding to leadership development; enabling our people to thrive in a future-ready organization.
- Technology & AI Readiness:- Partner with business and technology teams to develop AI-focused learning roadmaps, drive technical certifications, and make our workforce AI-ready.
- Managerial Development:- Build strong managerial capability by training existing managers, developing new ones, and ensuring leadership readiness across all levels.
- Skill Gap Analysis & Capability Building:- Conduct organization-wide skill assessments, identify development needs, and implement targeted learning programs.
- Stakeholder Management:- Collaborate closely with senior leaders, HR business partners, and functional heads to ensure learning priorities are business-aligned and outcome-driven.
- Data-Driven Insights:- Design and maintain learning dashboards and analytics to measure impact, track progress, and drive data-backed decisions.
- Execution Excellence:- Demonstrate strong ownership, proactiveness, and ability to deliver without constant direction. Ensure all learning programs are executed with high quality and timeliness.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience (14+ years) in L&D leadership roles within fast-paced IT or technology-driven organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking and operational execution abilities.
- Deep understanding of learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and AI-driven learning approaches.
- Exceptional stakeholder and change management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, dashboards, and metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and instill a performance-focused learning culture.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills.
