Description :
- We are looking for an L&D leader to head the technical and functional learning and enablement programs for a global technology company reporting to global HR head.
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in L&D in Software Products/Technology companies
- Proven experience of designing enablement programs for both technical and non-technical resources
- Expertise in learning tools
Responsibilities :
- Set up and lead the overall L&D function
- Design and deliver effective training programs for Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams
- Designing structured assessments and feedback/reviews system internally
