- Design & implement L&D Agenda matched with organizational business needs.
- Design & deliver L&D programs and initiatives that support effective learning, upskilling and career development.
- Support Talent development strategy.
2. Leadership upskilling
- Design & deliver development programs and initiatives focused on leadership upskilling and shaping leadership culture through the organization.
Team Management:
- Managing team of L&D Consultants and Specialist to deliver agreed business outcomes.
- Act as a development and learning advisor across HGSS Organization & Hubs.
- Manage L&D Tools.
Required:
- Experience in Learning & Development area min. 6 years.
- Successful running Development Programs and Training Agenda employees on different levels.
- Experience in GCC or SSC sector - nice to have.
- Communication skills and an excellent understanding of the latest learning trends.
- Fluency in English (written and oral).
- Trainers' qualification - Learning methodology knowledge/ Certification.
- University degree - master's in psychology preferable.
- Senior Level: Kirkpatrick Certification preferable.
