Job Description: L&D, Head (Head - Learning & Development) WFO NOIDA Role Summary: - The L&D; Head will be responsible for defining and driving the enterprise-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term organizational growth. - This role will lead capability development, leadership architecture, executive coaching, succession planning, and digital learning transformation to build a future-ready organization. Key Responsibilities: L&D; Strategy & Capability Development: - Develop and implement enterprise-wide L&D; strategy aligned to business goals. - Conduct organization-wide 360- capability assessments and Training Needs Analysis (TNA). - Build competency frameworks across all levels (IC to Senior Leadership). - Design structured development journeys covering functional, behavioral, and leadership skills. - Define learning KPIs, ROI metrics, governance models, and impact measurement frameworks. Executive & Performance Coaching: - Provide executive coaching for senior and mid-level leaders. - Drive behavior change, performance improvement, and leadership transitions. - Leverage psychometric assessments and 360- feedback tools for development planning. - Institutionalize a coaching culture across managerial levels. Leadership Development & Succession: - Design end-to-end leadership development architecture. - Build succession planning and Hi-Potential (Hi-Po) programs. - Facilitate leadership workshops, strategy offsites, and team effectiveness interventions. - Partner with business heads to strengthen leadership bench strength. Digital Learning Transformation: - Lead LMS/LXP implementation and AI-enabled learning initiatives. - Build scalable blended learning models (virtual, classroom, self-paced). - Implement learning analytics dashboards for data-driven decisions. - Ensure seamless integration of learning systems with HR technology platforms. Key Requirements: - 12-20 years of experience in Learning & Development / Organizational Development. - Proven experience building L&D; strategy from scratch at enterprise level. - Strong leadership development and executive coaching exposure. - Experience driving learning digitization and transformation initiatives. - Coaching certification (ICF preferred) and exposure to psychometric tools. - Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and business partnering skills. - Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
