Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Leadership Hiring Team Head to lead executive and senior-level talent acquisition across our Technology organization. This role is critical in shaping the future leadership bench by owning high-impact hiring initiatives and partnering directly with senior business leaders to source, attract, and secure top technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and own end-to-end executive hiring for technology leadership roles, including Directors, VPs, Heads of Engineering, and other senior technologists.

- Develop and implement strategic search plans to attract top-tier leadership talent from the market

- Partner closely with business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, organizational priorities, and succession planning

- Manage full executive recruitment cycles-from sourcing and assessments to stakeholder management, offers, and closures.

- Build, maintain, and proactively grow strong leadership talent pipelines.

- Provide expert advisory support to hiring managers on market trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring best practices

- Champion a positive candidate experience and ensure seamless execution across all interactions.

- What Success Looks Like Successfully closing complex and hard-to-fill senior leadership mandates independently and with impact.

- Establishing strong, trusted partnerships with CXOs, VPs, and business heads.

- Creating predictable, future-ready pipelines of leadership and strategic technology talent.

- Being recognized as a strategic advisor to the business-not just a recruiter.

Required Experience:

- 20+ years of professional experience with substantial exposure to leadership/executive hiring in the technology sector 8+ years of focused experience in executive talent acquisition, ideally hiring senior technology leaders.

- Clinical understanding of the technology talent ecosystem, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle multiple senior search mandates concurrently with quality and speed.

- Stakeholder Landscape

- Works closely with senior business stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and global hiring teams.

- Expected to bring maturity, strategic thinking, and strong advisory capability.
