Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Leadership Hiring initiatives while providing high-level strategic support as an Executive Assistant to the leadership team. In this dual-impact role, you will act as a talent architect, identifying and onboarding top-tier executive talent that aligns with our long-term vision. You will work closely with the C-suite and board members to streamline decision-making processes, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure that our organizational growth is supported by exceptional human capital. Your work will directly influence the company trajectory by shaping the leadership culture and ensuring operational excellence at the highest levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end executive search mandates by identifying, engaging, and closing high-impact leadership talent to ensure the organization remains competitive in a dynamic market.

- Partner with the board and senior stakeholders to define leadership competencies and succession planning strategies that support long-term business objectives.

- Manage the executive office operations by prioritizing critical workflows, facilitating high-stakes meetings, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.

- Build and nurture a robust network of industry leaders and executive search partners to maintain a consistent pipeline of top-tier talent.

- Oversee the onboarding and integration of new leadership hires to ensure rapid cultural alignment and immediate contribution to business outcomes.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in executive search methodologies, including headhunting, talent mapping, and complex negotiation, with 10 - 18 years of professional experience.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex organizational dynamics with discretion and maturity.

- Proven ability to manage executive-level administrative functions, including strategic calendar management, board reporting, and the synthesis of complex information for decision-making.

- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate leadership potential and cultural fit, combined with the professional poise required to represent the organization to external candidates and partners.

- A postgraduate degree from a premier institute is preferred, reflecting a strong academic foundation and a commitment to excellence.

- High degree of adaptability to a hybrid work environment, maintaining productivity and connectivity across distributed teams and high-pressure timelines.
