Head/Leader - Operational Excellence

Job Description:

- Lead and drive Operational Excellence strategy across the organization

- Conduct KAIZEN workshops across levels to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

- Implement and scale LEAN manufacturing practices across plants

- Build and monitor performance dashboards to track productivity, quality, and operational KPIs

- Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

- Develop and embed a continuous improvement culture across the organization

- Lead transformation initiatives across large manufacturing setups and multi-plant environments

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 25+ years of experience in large-scale manufacturing operations

- Strong expertise in Operational Excellence, LEAN Manufacturing, and KAIZEN methodologies

- Proven track record in driving plant productivity, process optimization, and operational transformation

- Experience managing large workforces and complex manufacturing environments

- Bengali language proficiency required
