Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Ownership: Define and implement scalable lead generation strategies

tailored to regional market dynamics (India, EMEA, and US).

- Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation specialists and

inside sales executives.

- Campaign Execution: Drive outbound efforts (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, webinars) in alignment with marketing and regional BD goals.

- Pipeline Growth: Own early-stage sales pipeline KPIs; ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads to the Sales team.

- Market Research & Intelligence: Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs), build target account lists, and monitor competitors and market trends.

- Tech Stack Optimization: Oversee the usage and ROI of CRM, lead gen tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)

- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure messaging alignment and conversion-focused campaigns.

- Reporting: Regularly report on KPIs, lead conversion ratios, and ROI of lead generation efforts to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / IT services lead generation, with 3+ years in a leadership or strategic role.

- Proven track record of scaling outbound lead generation teams and pipelines in global markets.

- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, BD processes, and ABM (Account Based Marketing) approaches.

- Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- High ownership mindset, strategic thinking, and data-driven approach.

- Experience working with remote/global teams is a strong advantage.

- Prior experience in IMS, Managed Services, or HR SaaS is a plus.
