Head - Last Mile Operations - Quick Commerce/eCommerce

What you'll own :

- End-to-end last-mile operations across cities (delivery, routing, returns)

Network design : Hubs, dark stores, and delivery models (in-house vs 3PL)

Cost optimization : Drive down cost per delivery while improving SLAs

3PL partnerships: Manage and scale partners like Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shadowfax

Customer experience: On-time delivery, accurate ETAs, seamless returns

Team building : Hire and lead city ops, central ops, and analytics teams

Tech collaboration : Work with product teams on routing, dispatch, and tracking systems

What success looks like

- Lower cost per shipment

- Higher on-time delivery %

- Reduced RTO / failed deliveries

- Improved rider productivity & drop density

- Faster city scale-up

What we're looking for :

- 10-15+ years in e-commerce/logistics /last-mile operations

- Experience managing large-scale, multi-city delivery networks

- Strong track record in cost optimization & operational excellence

- Deep experience with 3PLs and gig workforce models

- High ownership, execution-first mindset
