We are seeking Senior Profile for a Landscape Architect for leading Real Estate Company based at Gurgaon.
- In-depth knowledge in podium Landscape/Airport/Large and ultra-luxury Real estate Projects, Hospitality Project experience.
- Landscape Architect will be responsible for Landscape planning, Landscape design, creating Planning plan.
Minimum Experience required 15+ years in landscaping Architecture and must have the ability to handle the whole Department.
Education:- M.Arch, Landscape Architect
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination with the consultant and the Project team to develop creative and functional Landscape design.
- Conduct site analysis and assessment to understand the unique characteristics of each Project.
- Create a detailed plan, value addition of drawings, study of specifications of various outdoor space.
- Implement sustainable design practices and integrate green technologies.
- Finalizing the Sample and approving of the Budget.
- Overseas the consultant Budget and approval the Final drawing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must have relevant work experience with Real Estate sector.
- Minimum Experience required 20+ years in landscaping Architecture
- Must have ability to handle the whole Department.
