Head - Land Acquisition - Renewable Energy

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive land acquisition strategy for renewable energy projects across India.

- Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.

Land Identification & Due Diligence:

- Identify suitable land parcels for solar and wind energy projects in targeted regions.

- Conduct legal and technical due diligence to ensure land suitability and compliance.

Negotiation & Agreements:

- Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and local authorities to finalize land deals.

- Draft and review agreements, leases, and other documentation to secure land rights.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure all land acquisition activities adhere to local, state, and national laws.

- Obtain necessary approvals and clearances from regulatory authorities.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, community leaders, and government

officials.

- Address and resolve disputes or issues related to land acquisition.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of land acquisition professionals.

- Monitor performance and provide guidance to achieve team objectives.
