- Designation : Head Land Acquisition (Pan-India)
- Location: Metro City (Pan-India travel required)
- Qualification : Any Graduate / CA / MBA from Reputed institutes.
Role Overview:
- Looking for a senior leader to head land acquisition across India, driving identification, evaluation, negotiation, and closure of land parcels for residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead land sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition across key markets in India.
- Manage due diligence, title checks, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, and finance teams for feasibility and approvals.
- Build strong relationships with landowners, aggregators, brokers, and authorities.
- Oversee liaisoning & approvals to bring land to launch-ready stage.
- Drive deal structures such as Outright, JD, JV, Development Rights.
- Track land markets, pricing trends, risks, and opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- 18+ years of experience in Land Acquisition / BD in Real Estate from
- Strong understanding of Pan-India land markets and micro-market dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of land laws, RERA, due diligence, and approval processes.
- Proven ability to handle complex negotiations and close large land deals.
- Strong network with landowners, authorities, and IPCs.
- Candidate should have a stable career with significant contributions at each organization, preferably from professional Real Estate Developers, Large Conglomerates, Industrial Parks , Warehousing , Logistics Parks, Land Aggregators, Large Broking and IPCs sectors.
