We are seeking an accomplished Head of Key Accounts to lead strategic client relationships, drive account growth, and manage end-to-end business engagement for a leading white-label manufacturing brand.

This role requires a seasoned B2B leader with strong account management experience, negotiation skills, and a proven track record of scaling high-value partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Leadership:

- Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term business sustainability.

- Build strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, procurement heads, and category leaders.

- Act as the primary business partner for top clients, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction.

Revenue Growth & Business Expansion:

- Drive revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and new product/category introductions.

- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop customised solutions.

- Lead contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and annual business planning.

Client Strategy & Partnership Development:

- Understand client needs, business models, and industry dynamics to offer strategic value.

- Develop tailored white-label or private-label solutions aligned with client requirements.

- Strengthen long-term partnership frameworks with key customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, design, quality, finance, and operations teams.

- Ensure timely production, quality adherence, and on-time delivery for all client orders.

- Resolve operational challenges quickly to maintain service standards.

CRM, Data Management & Reporting:

- Oversee usage of CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.

- Maintain accurate dashboards for revenue, margins, pipeline health, order cycles, and client feedback.

- Present periodic performance reviews to leadership teams.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of key account managers, executives, and coordinators.

- Build capability, review performance metrics, and drive operational discipline.

- Encourage a culture of ownership, client-focused problem solving, and proactive communication.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Enterprise Relationship Management.

- Experience in manufacturing, white-label, OEM/ODM, consumer goods, or industrial B2B is highly preferred.

- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic account planning skills.

- Proven success in managing large accounts with multi-crore annual business.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, supply chain, and quality teams.

- Proficiency with CRM platforms and strong analytical capabilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
