Role: Strategic Leadership - CXO Level

Location: Ahmedabad with Pan-India Travel

Purpose of the Job:

We are looking for a senior education leader to lead a large, foundation-led K-12 school network with multiple schools and students across multiple states.

Key roles and responsibilities:

- Lead multi-state school operations and regional structures

- Drive academic excellence, learning outcomes and board performance

- Standardize academic, operational and governance systems

- Build teacher and school leadership capability

- Strengthen monitoring, performance and impact frameworks

- Drive scalable, cost-efficient and sustainable education models

Ideal Profile:

- 20+ years of experience in K-12 education or school networks

- Proven experience managing large, multi-location school operations

- Strong academic and operational leadership exposure

- Experience in CSR, Foundation or NGO-led education preferred

- Track record of scaling, standardization and improving learning outcomes
