Job Description:
- Providing cost prudence, budget adherence, cost savings through prompt, efficient and cost-effective procurement of the right quality products / services
- Execute full sourcing strategy from Supplier Selection, RFx, Negotiation, Contract execution & commitment, management of supplier performance and logistics
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts and ensure procurement remains within the approved budget focusing on quality, delivery, cost containment and process improvement
- Supports as necessary, contractual terms and conditions for review by legal, leveraging latest thinking in contracting methods to minimize risk and maximize advantage
- Identify and shortlist vendors for services required across various group companies
- Consolidate supplier base across all group companies for IT categories
