Head - IT Infrastructure & Security

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head the IT Infrastructure and Security function. This is a mission-critical role responsible for securing, strengthening, and scaling the organization's technology backbone, while enabling digital growth and ensuring regulatory resilience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Design and oversee secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure environments.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBI IT and cybersecurity guidelines.

- Oversee cybersecurity frameworks, governance, risk management, and incident response.

- Manage audits, security assessments, and regulatory inspections.

- Lead SOC activities and continuous threat monitoring.

- Drive cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

- Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems and networks.

- Provide leadership during crisis situations such as cyber incidents.

- Build and lead high-performing infrastructure and security teams.

Candidate Profile

- 15-20+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, preferably in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.

- Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure management and cyber security practices.

- Proven experience in handling large-scale IT environments and critical operations.

- Strong leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders.

Technical Competencies

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)

- Network and infrastructure architecture

- Cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)

- RBI IT and cybersecurity guidelines

- SOC environments and enterprise-scale infrastructure
