Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Lead and manage all IT infrastructure operations including data centers, cloud environments, networks, servers, storage, and disaster recovery.
- Ensure robust network security protocols and compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
- Oversee IT service management processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Drive cloud adoption and manage hybrid infrastructure environments effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT infrastructure team, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and ensure optimal utilization of technology investments.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement improvements for scalability and reliability.
- Prepare and manage IT infrastructure budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in senior IT roles, preferably in large organizations (1000+ users).
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, cloud computing, network security, and IT operations.
- Proven track record in IT strategy formulation, operational excellence, and compliance management.
- Hands-on experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor diverse IT teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
