Job Title: Head - IT Functions

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary technology leader to spearhead our IT function across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and innovation, with a proven track record of leading large-scale IT operations in complex, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

- Lead enterprise-wide technology functions including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data platforms, and ERP systems.

- Drive innovation through adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and automation.

- Oversee IT governance, compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks.

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

- Manage large-scale IT budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams across geographies.

- Build and mentor high-performing IT teams and foster a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or Business Administration from a Tier-1 institution (B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / MCA preferred).

- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles.

- At least 5 years of experience as a CTO, CIO, or equivalent executive-level IT leadership role.

- Proven success in managing IT functions in large enterprises or high-growth startups with scale.
