Automotive MNC Client is looking for its Plant in Chennai

Head - IT Delivery Integration & Transformation (APAC & UK)

Experience: 20+ years in IT Delivery (preferably Automotive or MNC sector)

Reports To: APAC Steering Circle / Regional Leaders

- 20+ Years of experience in IT Deliveries in Automotive OEE/MNC

- Atleast 5 years experience in

- Delivery Team management, People leadership,

- Strategic roles,

- Planning,

- Portfolios involving Intensive communications, Persuasion and influence over team

Key Responsibilities

- Lead delivery enablement for 18+ IT streams & 6+ APAC Products from India Hub.

- Manage transitions, ramp-ups, and ramp-downs of partner contracts and delivery hubs (worth - 50M+).

- Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, KPI tracking, and compliance for APAC/UK region.

- Act as SPOC for DevOps delivery integration, APAC stakeholder alignment, and transformation to BTI hub.

- Liaise with product owners, vendors, and internal teams for delivery consolidation and hub innovation.

- Drive customer satisfaction (NPS), governance, and audit readiness.

Must-Haves

- 20+ years of IT Delivery experience; 5+ years in leadership, strategic planning, and transformation.

- Experience in managing large vendor contracts, global teams, and hub transitions.

- Technical appreciation, financial control, stakeholder communication.

- Bachelor's in Engineering/IT/Mgmt (Master's preferred).

- German language skills are a plus.
