Seeking an experienced professional to lead IT audit and cybersecurity oversight, ensuring risk-based supervision and compliance in a financial services environment. The role involves managing a team to assess IT systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance, leveraging big data, digital forensics, and business intelligence tools. Key Responsibilities: - Lead IT/Cybersecurity audit programs, risk-based assessments, and compliance reviews. - Provide technical insights on application security, infrastructure, and governance. - Deliver executive audit reports with risk ratings and recommendations. - Oversee cyber incident analysis, forensics reviews, and risk assessments. - Engage with stakeholders on technology risk, security standards, and regulatory impact. - Mentor and develop audit teams, ensuring adherence to best practices. Qualifications & Experience: - 10-14 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years as CTO/CISO/Head of IS Audit in financial institutions. - Expertise in IT audit, cybersecurity controls, risk management, and banking technology. - Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, cyber resilience, and technology governance. - Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills. Certifications: - Mandatory: At least two from CISA, CIA, CISSP, CISM, PMP. - Preferred: ISO27001 LA, ISO 22301 LA, ITIL, CEH, Cloud Security certifications. Industry Preference: IT/ITES, Banking Captive Units, Financial Services, Cybersecurity, Auditing. This is a strategic leadership role for a highly skilled IT audit and cybersecurity professional.
