Education and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (master's degree may be preferred) - Proven experience in IT leadership, with a focus on application development and management. - Strong experience in software implementation of software applications such as HIS, EMR, Oracle, CRM and other digital transformation Apps. to improve customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex IT-related problems. - Project management skills and the ability to manage budgets effectively - Familiarity with a range of technologies and programming languages. - Certifications, such as PMP, ITIL, ITSM and data security will be an added advantage - Rollout of all business applications which serves the business needs - Business requirement gathering, planning and implementation - All the internal IT audits and mock drills.
