Head - IT Analyst

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise IT solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from key stakeholders.

- Manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

- Oversee system integration, application enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business units.

- Analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation.

- Monitor system performance, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions to improve reliability and security.

- Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, performance reviews, and technical support.

- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate UAT, system testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).

- 5-10 years of experience in IT analysis, business systems analysis, or enterprise technology, with leadership experience.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale IT projects.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and IT service management frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), databases, and enterprise applications.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.

- Experience in business process improvement, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, IT governance, and compliance frameworks.

- Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is preferred.

- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, Scrum Master, AWS, Azure, or TOGAF are highly desirable.
