KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- IPO Preparation & Execution

- Lead IPO readiness end-to-end.

- Coordinate with bankers, legal teams, auditors and internal departments.

- Ensure timely completion of compliance and milestones.

Investor Relations:

- Manage investor relationships and communication.

- Prepare investor decks, data rooms, and presentations.

- Clearly articulate business performance and strategy.

- Evaluate potential acquisitions, investments, or partnerships that align with growth priorities.

- Support fund-raising readinessbusiness plan, narrative, and investor documentation.

Strategic Initiatives:

- Drive JVs, partnerships, board proposals, and new business ideas.

- Conduct feasibility studies and present recommendations.

- Partner with founders to define and execute the companys 35-year strategic roadmap.

- Identify emerging opportunities across agri-tech, digital platforms, financing models, and allied sectors.

Digitisation & Transformation:

- Lead digital roadmap and coordinate with tech/product teams.

- Monitor progress through structured reviews.

- Create frameworks for measuring strategic ROIgrowth, profitability, and sustainability.

- Build dashboards and internal rhythm for strategic review with leadership.

Strategic Governance & Reporting:

- Prepare strategic dashboards, MIS and performance trackers.

- Drive cross-functional alignment and timely execution.

Leadership & Collaboration:

- Work cross-functionally with business, finance, and operations teams to ensure strategy translates into measurable outcomes.

- Build and mentor a small Strategy PMO team for analytics, research, and transformation tracking.
