Key Responsibilities:

- Fundraising: Drive capital raise from HNIs, family offices, institutions, and strategic investors for Tomorrow Capital and its portfolio companies.

- Network Development: Build and manage strong relationships within the investor ecosystem, enhancing fund visibility and access.

- Portfolio Support: Partner with founders to refine fundraising narratives and secure subsequent funding rounds.

- Fund Marketing: Consistently promote the fund and portfolio performance to existing and prospective investors.

- Deal Execution: Independently lead and close 23 transactions annually.

- Growth & Performance: Transparent, merit-based annual reviews and 360 feedback.

- Opportunities for vertical growth and cross-functional rotations across the LV Group portfolio.

Experience & Education:

- Postgraduate from a Tier-1 B-school.

- 10+ end-to-end deal closures with a proven fundraising track record from HNIs and family offices.

- Background in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Private Equity.

- Strong network, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Exposure to consumer brands preferred.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to independently drive outcomes.
