Head - Investor Relations - Technology

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

- Lead fundraising initiatives and IPO readiness programs, coordinating with legal, financial, and regulatory advisors to ensure seamless execution.

- Oversee the creation of high-quality financial presentations, quarterly earnings scripts, and annual reports for investor reporting.

- Maintain a robust network of relationships with the investment banking community to gather market intelligence and provide actionable feedback to the executive leadership team.

- Conduct rigorous financial modelling and valuation analysis to anticipate market reactions and proactively address investor queries regarding business performance.

Required Skillset:

- Prior experience managing investor engagements in Technology/SaaS sector.

- Experience managing and dealing with global PE/VC investors.

- Exposure in IPO/IPO preparedness is preferred.
