Job Title: Head Investor Relations (Real Estate)

Location: Mumbai

CTC: Up to 40 LPA (Open to Discuss)

Qualification: MBA (Finance/Marketing) / CFA, CA, or other investment-related certifications are an added advantage.

Requisite:

- Applicants with 10+ yrs of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Capital Raising, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Institutional Sales, or Real Estate Investments.

- Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with Family Offices, UHNIs, HNIs, Private Banks, Wealth Management Firms, Institutional Investors, and Investment Advisors.

- Strong understanding of real estate investment products and transaction structures.

- Demonstrated success in fundraising and high-value deal closures.

- Understand investor objectives, risk appetite, liquidity requirements, and investment strategies to recommend suitable real estate opportunities.

- Raise funds for residential, commercial, land, mixed-use, and structured real estate investment opportunities.

- Advise investors on high-value real estate investment opportunities across luxury residential, commercial, warehousing, land parcels, and income-generating assets.

- Collaborate with Sales, Investment Advisory, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Project teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
