Head - Investor Relations/Public Relations & Corporate Communications

Our client is a publicly listed, market-leading consumer company with a strong pan-India presence and a multi-decade brand legacy.

Role Overview :

- We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead Investor Relations, PR & Corporate Communications, managing the company's interface with investors, analysts, media, and external stakeholders.

- This role will be responsible for shaping a compelling capital markets narrative, strengthening institutional investor engagement, and driving a proactive communications strategy aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Investor Relations :

- Lead the end-to-end IR calendar: earnings calls, investor presentations, analyst meets, NDRs, and investor conferences

- Build and manage relationships with FIIs, DIIs, mutual funds, and sell-side analysts

- Develop high-quality investor communication materials (presentations, earnings scripts, filings, Q&A briefs)

- Drive analyst coverage expansion across domestic and global brokerages

- Partner with leadership to translate strategy into clear investor narratives

- Track shareholding patterns, peer benchmarking, and market intelligence

- Ensure full compliance with SEBI LODR, Companies Act, and listing requirements

- Manage and enhance the Investor Relations section of the corporate website

B. PR & Corporate Communications :

- Design and execute a proactive PR and corporate communications strategy

- Build strong relationships with financial media, journalists, and PR agencies

- Lead creation of press releases, media statements, leadership messaging, and thought leadership content

- Drive ESG and sustainability communications aligned with disclosures

- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Strategy on employer branding and internal communications

- Manage leadership visibility through media interactions, forums, and industry platforms

Candidate Profile :

- 10 to 14 years of experience, with significant exposure to Investor Relations in a listed company

- Industry preference : Consumer/FMCG/Consumer Durables/Hospitality/B2C sectors

- Proven experience managing earnings calls, investor engagement, and institutional programs

- Strong exposure to buy-side and sell-side stakeholders

- Prior experience in PR/Corporate Communications is a plus

- MBA (Finance/Strategy) from a premier institute CA/CFA preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Commerce (preferred) & MBA (Finance/Strategy) from a premier institute/CA/CFA preferred
