Head Investor Relations

Key responsibilities :

- Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors

- Improves sell-side coverage, monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management

- Represents the company at all investor-related events including conferences, earnings conference calls, non-deal road shows, and investor meetings

- Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis on a periodic basis, including financial metrics and differentiation, and other related deliverables

- Co-ordinates the production of annual report and AGM-related deliverables

- Manages the investor relations portion of the company web site

- Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Experience :

- 18+ years of prior work experience. (MBA in Finance or CA/CFA)

- Past experience in equity research or investor relations, particularly in the manufacturing domain, would be an added advantage

- Research and Relationship Management

- Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions and develop analytical framework

- Ability to work with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
