The ideal candidate will be a CFA / CA with a strong sell-side background and a proven track record of building and maintaining robust relationships with the investor community.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the companys long-term vision.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, and capital market events

- Prepare investor presentations, earnings releases, and Q&A documents in collaboration with finance and strategy teams.

- Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

- Ensure all investor communications are compliant with SEBI regulations and global best practices.
