Head - Investor Relations - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete Investor Relations function, including results communication, investor interactions, and research coverage.

- Represent the Company with the CFO at investor conferences, roadshows, and market engagements.

- Drive debt and equity fund-raising across banks, institutions, mutual funds, and capital markets.

- Manage term loans, WC facilities, NCD issuances, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

- Support Corporate Finance and M&A activities including evaluation, diligence, and execution.

- Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, and support development of business plans.

- Partner with CFO/CXOs for decision support, capital allocation, and Board-level communication.

- Build robust financial models, dashboards, and high-quality presentations for leadership, investors, and lenders.

Job Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets.

- Proven experience in equity and debt fundraising (QIPs, NCDs, term loans, WC facilities).

-Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.

- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.

- Experience evaluating M&A opportunities, conducting diligence, and assessing financial feasibility.

What we are looking in a Candidate :

- CA or Pedigree MBA with 8+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, in listed Companies

- Exceptional communication, articulation, and stakeholder management.

- Executive presence with the ability to represent the Company externally.

- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and deep industry awareness.

- High integrity with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
