We are urgently hiring for the position of Head- Investor Relations for one of the Capital Equipment Manufacturing Company (Listed Entity) in Ahmedabad.

Position Details:

Organization: one of the Capital Equipment Manufacturing Company (Listed Entity). Leading manufacturer of plastic processing machinery serving industries worldwide. Its product portfolio includes injection moulding machines, extrusion machines (pipe extrusion and blown film extrusion), high quality Special Purpose (SPM) and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machines.

Designation: Head- Investor Relations

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Around 10+ years of experience in the Investor Relations, Investor Presentation, Fund Raising ect.

Salary: As per company norms

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Strategize and create investment thesis along with business model.

- Develop and implement the investor relations strategy in alignment with the company's objectives.

- Build and manage long-term relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs.

- Act as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, ensuring timely communication.

- Represent the organization at investor meetings, fundraising roadshows, and industry events.

- Prepare and present financial reports, investor presentations, and earnings announcements.

- Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors and financial analysts.

- Oversee the creation of annual reports and other investor communication materials.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications.

Qualifications & Key Attributes:

- CA / MBA / or other relevant degree in finance with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in the Investor Relations.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investor relations practices.

- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tool.
