Head Investor Relations (Corporate Communications) This a very strategic role for investors relationships in the organisation. This role provides the canvas for developing and managing effective investor relations and shareholder communication initiatives for the organization. The role also provides an opportunity to work closely with management to enhance relationships with various stakeholders, including shareholders, investors and analysts Major Areas of Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the PR agency, internal stakeholders, marketing (social media assets) and investor-related departments to plan, execute and put together messages that communicate the Company`s positioning and strategies effectively to investors. - These include corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, web/social media updates and quarterly/ yearly financial reports. - To connect and build relationships with investor organizations, institutions and key external investor-related influencers - Coordinate and prepare for investor meetings, conferences, media interviews /interactions. - Design and implement strategic communication initiatives that go on earned & owned media channels and niche communications to increase visibility. - Actively engage, cultivate and manage press relationships to secure coverage surrounding varied programs, special events, public announcements and other projects. - Build relationship with the PR agency, establish strong networks with the media, investors and regulatory bodies (with the help of all seniors and PR/IR agency) - Manage & present monthly reviews of the IR plan, the communications schedule, press releases etc. ensure high-level vigor to implement the weekly calendar of expected write-ups /etc. generation of stock reports -play a pivotal role here to make it happen. Must Haves - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Communications - Strong presentation, interpersonal and project management skills - Excellent verbal communication and written skills - At least 10 years + of industry experience, preferably spent in a similar role, equity analysis, journalism or corporate communications in a high growth environment - Proven ability to develop close partnerships with investors and key decision-makers - Results-driven, number-sensitive, able to work under time pressure and confident in providing counsel to company management and communicating with investment professionals - Should have a good, sound understanding of investor-related influence parameters and the strategies to build our equity with investor community and influencers - Should have excellent English writing skills and ability to independently make final drafts of press releases, linked in write-ups and compile Q&A presentations, etc - Excellent Financial data analysis - Expert in PowerPoint preparation and presentation skills
